I play this every night for my 5 month old he sleeps the whole night and so do i. Even during the day for naps he’s fussy once I play this he knows it’s time to sleep and he doesn’t fight anymore I never been the person to sleep with noise I’m the opposite..but if it keeps my baby asleep I’m happy and I enjoy it too helps me sleep ✨
